All timesheets are in .pdf form. Please fill out the form electronically, print it out, and bring it Space Sciences, Room 339 by the due date.
The 2007-2008 Intership Program year ended on the last day of the Spring 2008 semester.
Timesheets are ONLY for those who are not part of the internship program, or for people who have special circumstances that have been cleared by Susan Brew.
If you are continuing to work with your mentor they must pick up the costs and put you on their payroll.
Note: If you have Adobe Reader, you should be able to type your name and Employee ID # on the form. You may also type the hours you worked onto the form, which will automatically be totaled in the "Work Week Totals" column.
