FY 2013: Statewide Symposium Presentation Submission

Please submit symposium presentations by 11:59pm Wednesday, April 2nd.
(April 4th for ASCEND! team members.)

Please do not expect to be able to load presentations from flash drives the day of the Symposium. This will not be allowed.

We will no longer accept late PowerPoint presentations without receiving a compelling reason/explanation for missing the advertised and posted deadline. The Statewide Arizona/NASA Space Grant Undergraduate Research Internship Program Symposium is modeled and run as a professional, scientific symposium. Neglecting deadlines is not acceptable for such professional venues. Adhering to meeting and program deliverables due dates is important in demonstrating professionalism—a quality we expect in Space Grant Interns; growing our students’ competencies and professionalism are important aspects of the Space Grant Internship and the associated Statewide Symposium’s educational experience.

If you request an exception, please email the meeting hosts (sbrew@lpl.arizona.edu) immediately, explaining why your submission will be late. You will be notified whether you will be assigned a speaking slot at the Statewide Space Grant Symposium when a decision is reached.

Creating an Archive file

If you would like to upload more than one file, such as video or image files for your PowerPoint presentation, you can upload a compressed archive of the folder that contains all such files. Doing so will combine a folder or set of files into one file for easy transfer.
