2020 Statewide Symposium Poster Submission

Late posters will not be accepted without receiving a compelling reason/explanation for missing the advertised and posted deadline. The Statewide Arizona/NASA Space Grant Undergraduate Research Symposium is modeled and run as a professional, scientific symposium. Neglecting deadlines is not acceptable for such professional venues. Adhering to meeting and program due dates is important in demonstrating professionalism—a quality we expect in Space Grant students. Growing our students’ competencies and professionalism are important aspects of the Space Grant Program and the associated Statewide Symposium’s educational experience.

You will be notified whether your poster will be printed and mounted in time for the Statewide Symposium.
