This note is meant for those of you who listed dietary restrictions on your Space Grant Fall Meeting registration form, to inform you how we, and the La Paloma staff, are prepared to address your needs and preferences. First, we have selected menus that will all include food items you should be able to eat. In addition, the serving and banquet staff present at every “food” event, have access to a list with your name/dietary restriction, and will be prepared to offer personalized options for you if necessary and by request. We have pre-planned for this, so if you need a special, prepared specifically for you selection, please just ask a serving staff member!
