Student Symposium Presentations - Submission Site
Use this webpage to submit PowerPoint and Poster presentations for the Symposium.
Intern PowerPoints: Due April 3, 2026 at 11:59PM (MST)
ASCEND Poster & (optional) PowerPoints: Due April 10, 2026 at 11:59PM (MST)
Presenters, please note that: Each presenter will be assigned a 10-minute time slot unless you are presenting as a team and have requested a 20-minute slot.
- 10-minute slot: 7–8 minutes for presentation, followed by 2–3 minutes for questions and speaker transition
- 20-minute slot: 16–17 minutes for presentation, followed by 3–4 minutes for questions and transition
All sessions will have a moderator who will preload presentations, introduce speakers, keep time, and assist with audience questions.
The Arizona NASA Space Grant Statewide Symposium is conducted as a professional scientific meeting. Late PowerPoint and poster submissions will not be accepted without a compelling reason for missing the posted deadline. You will be notified whether your request is approved.
Please note that presentation changes will not be accepted on the day of the Symposium.
Presentation Tips:
- Embed all GIFs so they play automatically—do not rely on external links. Opening websites during your presentation can cause delays or technical issues, and time is limited.
- Ensure your PowerPoint does not include voiceovers or slide timers.
- Audio will not be available in presentation rooms, so please avoid using videos or GIFs with sound.
