Crow Industries Internship Opportunity Details

Company Description: Crow Industries (CI) builds the best low-cost, high-capability Uncrewed Ground Vehicles (UGVs) for military, mining, and space operations. The founding vision of CI is to establish and scale the Robotic Labor Force of the Solar System.

Primary Responsibilities/ Focus Areas of Internship

  • Hardware: interns will be expected to perform design in CAD, electronics assembly, soldering, metalworking, welding, and field testing.
  • Software: interns will be expected to generate code for robotics control, UI, embedded systems, and application-layer software as well as assist with field testing.

Key Tasks/Projects the intern may be involved with

  • Hardware interns will hone skills in designing in CAD, electronics assembly, soldering, metalworking, welding, and field testing.
  • Software interns will hone skills in generating code for robotics control, UI, embedded systems, and application-layer software as well as field testing.

Required Skills & Level: Proven robotics software, metalworking, or field work. Getting out of the classroom is a must. Will consider all skill levels. Proven passion, determination, and grit will stand out.

Additional qualifications or requirements for the intern that have not been noted above? Strong non-class-related engineering activities preferred.

Work Location & Hours: Mostly in-person with some virtual components. Work schedule will be set after coordinating with supervisor.
